Beneficiary Assistance / Enrollment

Beneficiary Assistance 

Our Beneficiary Assistance Office can assist you with Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes at the Naval Medical Center with TRICARE Prime Travel for Family Members, Claims, Medicare/Medicaid, and TRICARE Plus.

Enrollment Information

TRICARE beneficiaries may apply for enrollment by calling Humana Military, the TRICARE contractor, to enroll in a TRICARE program. TRICARE Prime is based on a managed care approach where beneficiaries are assigned a Primary Care Manager (PCM) who is responsible for the coordination of health care needs. By joining TRICARE Prime teams, beneficiaries enjoy continuity of care, convenient one-stop services, after-hours access, nurse advice line assistance, preventive health maintenance and cost effective health care.
