Guidance
Most commonly prescribed medications are available. Others are available at the medical center pharmacy. Licensed pharmacists consult via tele-pharmacy on all medication prescribed.
Radiology
Guidance
MCMH Hadnot Point can perform all routine X-rays which includes Weight Bearing Views, ortho views, Scoliosis surveys and Bone Length (scanogram or Hip to Ankle) exams.
Patients requiring any pictures below the chest should have PT gear with them or on under uniform, in the case that a patient is not wearing PT gear paper shorts will be provided if available. Clothing containing metal or plastic must be removed before x-rays can be taken.
Any patient with body piercings must remove them before x-rays are to be taken.

Allow yourself 1-2 days to complete the following preliminary requirements: Labs, Immunizations, Eye Screening, EKG and Audiogram.

MSG Physical

Report to Physical Exam Coordinator AFTER initial screening is completed and you currently have orders to MSG duty.
Allow yourself 1-2 days to complete the following preliminary requirements: Labs, Immunizations, Eye screening, Audiogram, EKG and Dental Exam.
After completing the preliminaries you will be scheduled an appointment by the Physical Exams Coordinator to see a provider to complete the physical.

Allow yourself 1-2 days to complete the following preliminary requirements: Labs, Immunizations, Eye screening, Audiogram, and Dental Exam.
After completing the preliminaries you will be scheduled an appointment by the Physical Exams Coordinator to see a provider to complete the physical.
Retirement and Separation Physical
Guidance
Report to the Physical Exam Coordinator 180 days prior to EAS.
Allow yourself 1-2 days to complete the following preliminary requirements: Labs, Immunizations, Audiogram and Dental Exam
After completing the preliminaries you will be scheduled an appointment by the Physical Exams Coordinator to see a provider to complete the physical.

Re-Enlistment, LAT Moves and Extension Physicals
Guidance
