Holiday Hours
Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune will observe modified hours in accordance with the President’s Executive Order.
Since NMCCL will have modified hours and limited staffing, we recommend using the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line for urgent care needs to alleviate long wait times in the Emergency Department over the holiday period: 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273), Option 1. More info: https://tricare.mil/NAL

• Primary Care Clinics, the Pediatrics Clinic, and the Immunizations Clinic will close at 12:00 p.m.
• The laboratory and pharmacies will close at 1 p.m. with the exception of the Pharmacy Refill Drive Thru Window which will be open until 4 p.m.
• The Appointment Call Center will be open 7:30 a.m-12 p.m.
• Administrative offices, Dental Clinics and Branch Clinics will be closed.
Thursday, December 25, 2025
• All clinics, pharmacies, and administrative spaces are closed.
Friday, December 26, 2026
• Primary Care and Specialty Clinics (neurology, allergy, pulmonology, and dermatology) with patients already booked will be open to honor those previously scheduled appointments.
• The lab, pharmacies, administrative spaces, and the Appointment Call Center will be closed.
The Pharmacy Refill Drive-Thru window will resume its normal operating hours on Saturday, Dec. 27.
All other operations resume Monday, December 29 as normal.

Services Update: Operating Rooms
Elective surgical procedures at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL) are discontinued for the remainder of December as facilities repairs are made. NMCCL is working with patients to refer elective procedures out to the network and other military treatment facilities. Patients with questions about their surgery should call their respective surgical clinic. The NMCCL Trauma Center remains the point of care for stabilization and transport to higher levels of trauma care in compliance with the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA). Two operating rooms are available for emergency/trauma use, if necessary.
For expectant mothers, prenatal care remains at the NMCCL OB/GYN Clinic and Primary Care Obstetrics. Providers and referral management will work with patients regarding plans for delivery. If delivering at a different medical facility, newborn care will still be provided at the NMCCL Pediatrics Clinic and in the Family Medicine Clinic.

COVID-19 Vaccines
The COVID-19 vaccine is offered for TRICARE beneficiaries (retirees, family members) 12 years and older. Active-duty military should contact their assigned medical clinic.
In accordance with updated guidance, patients will be able to receive the vaccine ONLY after consulting with an authorized NMCCL representative to receive an order for the COVID-19 vaccine.
Once the order is entered into the patient record, patients may then present to Immunizations Clinic to receive the vaccine.

MHS GENESIS
Scheduling Appointments Online
You can now schedule primary care appointments with Family Medicine and the Pediatrics Clinic appointments online through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal!
When logged into your portal, click “Appointments.” You will have the option to schedule by provider or by visit reason. If you search by “Visit Reason,” select either “Primary Care" or “Pediatric Primary Care.” Find your team and follow prompts to schedule!
Please note, this option is only active for primary care appointments with Family Medicine and Pediatrics at this time. As soon as more options become available, we will update!
