Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune News & Updates
Satellite Pharmacy at Camp Lejeune MCX Reopening ONLY for ScriptCenter Kiosk Refills

The Satellite Pharmacy at the Camp Lejeune MCX has been temporarily CLOSED but will reopen tomorrow, Thursday, March 20 from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. to dispense medications that would be normally sent to the ScriptCenter Refill Kiosk at that location. This site will NOT be filling new or renewal prescriptions right now, only kiosk refills. Please proceed to the Main Pharmacy at NMCCL for those needs.
REMINDER – the ScriptCenter Refill Kiosks at both Lejeune MCX and the New River MCX will be out of service March 20-March 24, 2025, for software upgrades.
Refills called in between March 18-21 can be picked up only at the kiosk’s respective pharmacy location. If you called in a refill to the Lejeune Kiosk, present to the pharmacy there and select a “Refill/Return for Pick Up” ticket. If you called in a refill to the New River kiosk, proceed to the MCAS New River Clinic Pharmacy located at Bldg AS4021on Canal Street to pick up those refills.
Refills called in after 2 p.m. March 21 will be available for pick up at the requested ScriptCenter location on the date and time provided by the automatic refill system.

You are also able to get medications out in town at a TRICARE-approved pharmacy.

TRICARE Online Decommissioning
On April 1, the
TRICARE Online Patient Portal will no longer be available. The Department of Defense’s new electronic health record—
MHS GENESIS—has replaced the TOL Patient Portal. As part of the transition, the DOD is decommissioning the TOL Patient Portal.
If you want to keep a copy of your legacy health records for personal use, you must download them from the TOL Patient Portal before April 1.

Pharmacy Refill Line
Update your contacts! NMCCL pharmacy refill number has changed.
Q-Anywhere Update
Introducing another way to access Q-Anywhere!
Q-Anywhere lets you “get in line” rather than wait at the pharmacy for your new or renewal prescriptions.
You can now access the system on your computer, tablet, or through your phone’s internet browser.
Click this
website link to access Q-Anywhere or text
"Get in Line" to 1-833-338-1717.
A perk with the website option, you now can leave a personalized message for the pharmacist regarding your medication. Just follow the onscreen prompts after logging with your DOD ID number.
Remember, Q-Anywhere is for NEW or RENEWAL medications, not refills, that are entered electronically. Q-Anywhere does not work for written prescriptions.
Medications are ready for pickup the next business day and must be picked up within 10 days.
Q-Anywhere is available for use at the Medical Center Pharmacy and the Satellite Pharmacy at the Lejeune MCX during pharmacy operating hours:
