WINTER STORM UPDATE
WINTER WEATHER UPDATE as of 11:30 a.m. Thursday, February 20--
Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune will resume normal operations tomorrow, Friday, February 21.
If you are needing to reschedule your appointment from today, please call the Appointment Call Center (910-450-4357, Option #1) is open until 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Thank you to the crews who stayed overnight to ensure the medical center remained up-and-running during the weather event and thank you to our patients for understanding our priority of safety.
RETIREE HEALTH CARE TOWN HALL UPDATE
The upcoming Retiree Health Care Town Hall has been postponed until a later date due to scheduling conflicts.
Exact day/time to be determined. We will keep you updated when the Town Hall is rescheduled!

Q-Anywhere Update
Introducing another way to access Q-Anywhere!
Q-Anywhere lets you “get in line” rather than wait at the pharmacy for your new or renewal prescriptions.
You can now access the system on your computer, tablet, or through your phone’s internet browser.

A perk with the website option, you now can leave a personalized message for the pharmacist regarding your medication. Just follow the onscreen prompts after logging with your DOD ID number.
Remember, Q-Anywhere is for NEW or RENEWAL medications, not refills, that are entered electronically. Q-Anywhere does not work for written prescriptions.
Medications are ready for pickup the next business day and must be picked up within 10 days.
Q-Anywhere is available for use at the Medical Center Pharmacy and the Satellite Pharmacy at the Lejeune MCX during pharmacy operating hours:

Scheduling Appointments Online
You can now schedule primary care appointments with Family Medicine and the Pediatrics Clinic appointments online through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal!
When logged into your portal, click “Appointments.” You will have the option to schedule by provider or by visit reason. If you search by “Visit Reason,” select either “Primary Care" or “Pediatric Primary Care.” Find your team and follow prompts to schedule!
Please note, this option is only active for primary care appointments with Family Medicine and Pediatrics at this time. As soon as more options become available, we will update!
