COVID Testing

For TRICARE Beneficiaries (Dependents & Retirees) & GS Employees

As of Monday, December 19, COVID-19 testing is handled through your Primary Care Manager.
If you need to have a COVID-19 test taken, please schedule an appointment through your PCM via our Appointment Line (910) 450-HELP (4357).

Active Duty

Active Duty must see their unit medical personnel for COVID-19 screening and testing needs.
If you choose to get tested off the installation, TRICARE beneficiaries MUST get tested at an approved Urgent Care facility in order for TRICARE to cover the test.
To find in-network urgent care providers, search ‘urgent care’ and enter your location at this Humana site: https://www.goperspecta.com/VPD/HumanaMilitary/public/ProviderSearch/Main

You may also call the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line on weekends for screening of symptoms prior to arriving at the ED or a testing site off installation on weekends: 1-800-874-2273.
