New patients require a referral from their Primary Care or other Specialty Provider.  Call 910-450-HELP to make an initial appointment.

Patients referred by network (civilian) providers must bring all medical records related to their condition from the network provider, including any office notes, operative reports, lab tests, and imaging results. If imaging was performed at a network facility, bring a CD with the images for our specialists to review.
