  • What is considered a fever? A fever is a temperature at or above 100.4 F(38 C).
  • Do you accept walk-ins? Yes,  please call 910-450-4500 and ask to be triaged by our clinic nurse.
  • We missed our appointment, what do we do? Please call 910-450-4500 to reschedule.
  • I am going to be late for my appointment what should I do? Please call 910-450-4500.
  • What happens if I can’t get a face to face appointment when I need one? We offer virtual appointments, nurse phone triage, urgent care and ER. Call to speak to a clinic nurse to discuss your options 910-450-41500.
  • What happens if my current referral expired? Please call 910-450-4357 to request a new referral.
  • How can I request a medication refill?  Please login to patient portal then select RX Refill.
  • What If I want to speak to a nurse after normal business hours?  If it is an Emergency please dial 911 or go to the nearest Emergency room.  For a nurse please call National Nurse Advice Line 800-874-2273 option 1.
  • Can I drop off my child’s physical form to be completed without an appointment? Yes forms can be dropped off If your child has an updated well visit. EFMP/Overseas Screening may require additional visit or information.
  • My provider has put in a referral for my child what’s next? Please call 910-450-4357 after 48-72 working hours to activate your referral.
  • How can I provide constructive feedback regarding my experience at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune Pediatrics? Put your comments on ICE.​
