NMCCL’s Radiology Department getting closer to ‘center of excellence’ goal

NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. — Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune’s Radiology Department has reached another step toward their goal of becoming the first Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence within the Department of Defense.

Hospital Corpsman First Class Matthew Papa, assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Camp Lejeune, was named the “Radiation Health Technician of the Year” for calendar year 2021.
