The Defense Health Agency is changing how you access care and how we deliver it, making care more focused on you as a person. You’ll soon have faster, easier, and more convenient access from your phone, tablet, or laptop to online tools and services to help meet your health care needs.  

My Military Health is a new suite of online tools and technologies to help you to engage in your health. You’ll have access to a range of digital care solutions, including: 

  • Self-paced, private online health programs to help support your overall well-being and mental health. 
  • ​Digital companions, so you can stay connected to your health care team between visits. 
  • Ability to schedule virtual appointments, get appointment reminders, and access virtual waiting rooms. 
  • Ability to search online for network primary and specialty care providers. 

With My Military Health, we’ll meet you where you are – at home, at work or in your community.

Active Duty

Scheduled Virtual Visits are available for active-duty primary care, behavioral health, and community health clinic appointments.

Military Family Members/Retirees 

Scheduled Virtual Visits are available for Family Medicine Clinic and Pediatrics Clinic.
