Below is an example of the information collected based on a standard request for mobile app content:

  2. The mobile app content and/or link page.

  4. Status code and/or error messages related to app crashes or accessing app content.
  5. User app downloads from Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The Department of Defense and NMCCL do not use the information associated with this app to track individual user activity outside of this app, nor does it share the data obtained through such technologies, without your explicit consent, with other departments or agencies, unless directed to do so in statute, regulation, or Executive order. NMCCL does not keep a database of information obtained from the use of the app.

and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1987 and the National Information
Infrastructure Protection Act (Section 1030 of Title 18, United States Code).
