Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune welcomes first baby of 2022

NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER CAMP LEJEUNE, North Carolina — Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune welcomed its first baby of 2022. Lilly Lee was welcomed into the world at 11:29 p.m. on January 01, 2022 by her proud parents, United States Marine Corps Lance Corporal Elizabeta Lee and Lance Corporal Marcus Lee. Lilly weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and measured at 19.29 inches in length. Lilly is the first child for the couple who are both stationed at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune's Communication Center is a centralized department responsible for collecting and relaying information to help expedite response efforts during an emergency.

We are NMCCL: Communication Center – “The Heart of the Medical Center”

NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER CAMP LEJEUNE, — Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune’s Communication Center works similar to a human heart. Like a heart pumps blood to the rest of the body, employees of the Communication Center say they help pump information to the rest of the medical treatment facility.

Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune's Call Center employees, the first line of communication for most patients. The 14 employees of the Call Center are often the very first encounter the beneficiary has with the medical center. One Call Center employee can average around 80 calls during their shift.

Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune promotes motorcycle safety among employees

NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER CAMP LEJEUNE, North Carolina — Active duty and civilian employees from Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune gathered on October 7, 2021 to listen to motorcycle safety tips and instruction from an Onslow County Sheriff’s deputy during this month’s Motorcycle Mentorship Program meeting.
